The name traces its roots back to 1844 when two brothers, August and Hermann Upmann, who are also attributed with the invention of the cedar box as a means to store cigars, started the brand in Havana. These days, the legend of H. Upmann lives on under the watchful eye of cigar master José Seijas. With the rich history and tobacco knowledge under the H. Upmann brand belt, any of the cigars in the lineup are quality premiums worth trying.
A collaboration between H.Upmann and AJ Fernandez. Dominican and Nicaraguan long leaves are masked with a Nicaraguan Corojo '99 binder, then finished with an oily Ecuadorian Sumatra wrapper. Smooth & balanced with a rich, semi-sweet character. Medium-full.
