In the early 1990s, Rocky Patel was working as an entertainment and product liability lawyer in Los Angeles. By chance, he was introduced to cigars by a friend and quickly became fascinated by them. In 1996, he founded the Indian Tabac cigar company. Once the cigars produced by this company were launched, they gained extremely high popularity in the US market. In 2003, he renamed the company Rocky Patel Premium Cigars and took the opportunity to launch a series of cigars named after himself, such as Rocky Patel Vintage Cigars.
Rocky Patel I-Press showcases a rare blend of Cuban-seed Colombian tobaccos draped in a natural, light brown Honduran wrapper and Cameroon binder. RP I-Press brings notes of nuts, coffee, and cherries. Medium-bodied in strength, this complex, good-looking morsel is one of Rocky's hidden gems.
